Originally built in 1927 and thoughtfully renovated in the 1960s, our charming DC rowhouse blends historic character with modern comfort. To ensure a pleasant stay year-round, we provide central heating and cooling, complemented by portable heaters and window AC units for personalized climate control in every season. Top Floor: Rooms 1 - king bed with en-suite Room 2 - king bed Room 3 - full bed Full Bathroom for rooms 2 & 3 Main Floor: 5 steps to get into the house from the front and back of the property. Basement: Room 4 - queen bed & air mattress living room 2 full kitchen full bathroom ** access from the parking pad/back yard which has a commercial grade garage door Guests have full access of the entire property during their stay.
