Tucked away in the Pocono Mountains, this 6-bedroom, 3-bath mini resort was designed to transport you into a world where nature, luxury, and connection come together. Created over two years of thoughtful renovation and design, every detail was intentionally crafted to feel immersive, warm, and unlike anywhere else you’ve stayed. Important layout note: The 6th bedroom is a converted master closet designed as a cozy conversation pit. It and the master bathroom are accessed through the master bedroom. Your private 3 season poolroom with a sunken conversation pit and outdoor theater built inside of your own rainforest. This has been in development for 2 years and will be launching this year. You’ll also have access to 3 community pools. Adult pool with a diving board, Kid pool with a splash house, and a multi-generational pool with a baby pool and an ADA lift. EXCLUSIVE ROOFTOP PARTY On the 2nd story there is a 20 by 40ft deck that we are setting up as an event space. It will be available starting Memorial Day Weekend. More info will be posted April 5th. As night falls, fairy lights flicker on and the space transforms into a magical Poconos escape that feels worlds away from everyday life. A VILLA BUILT FOR EVERYONE (BABIES & ADA) Like you, we have loved ones who need a little extra support. That’s why the entire first floor of the home is ADA accessible. Portable ramps at the entrance, doorways wider than 32 inches, and a step-free bathroom with grab bars and ADA toilet access. And traveling with little ones is easy here. The home includes a high chair, farmhouse baby bath, convertible crib that doubles as a changing table or play area, and a baby gate. THE BACKYARD HAVEN You come to the Poconos to enjoy the outdoors, and this villa makes it easy and comfortable. Spend the day moving between the private pool, the yard, and the surrounding outdoor spaces, or step down onto the grass for games like badminton, pickleball, and cornhole. As the evening cools, gather around the wood-burning fire pit, roast marshmallows, and share stories under the stars. THE VINCENTE LOUNGE Hidden away in the back of the home, the Vincente Lounge is your private movie theater by day and nightclub by night. Enjoy a 100" 4K projector, immersive surround sound, and popcorn, snow cone, and cotton candy machines that turn movie nights into a truly cinematic experience. We’ve stocked the home with activities for all ages. Enjoy classic table games like foosball, pool, and air hockey. Go at it in the arcade zone with a 2-player gun game and 4-player basketball. Whether it’s high-energy play or laid-back connection, there’s something here for everyone. YOUR PRIVATE SPA ESCAPE The master bathroom was designed to feel indulgent and restorative. Soft LED lighting in the niches, ceiling, and mirrors sets a calming tone throughout the space. You’re restoring yourself here. SMART, COZY, A VIBE Villa Vincente is a smart home with dimmable lighting and voice-activated scenes. Ambient lighting, show lights, and subtle nightlights activate at just the right times. STAY ACTIVE WHILE YOU UNWIND You may be on vacation, but wellness doesn’t have to take a break. One of the bedrooms doubles as a gym and yoga studio with a full mirror wall, complimentary yoga mats, and a foldable exercise bike. From November through February, the home is transformed into a Winter Wonderland with festive indoor and outdoor holiday décor that brings warmth and magic to the colder months. GUEST REGISTRATION Guests are required to provide the total number of overnight guests, including any changes, as well as any daytime visitors. The maximum number of daytime guests is 21. Pets may be approved on a case-by-case basis and require an additional cleaning fee and/or security deposit. VEHICLE REGISTRATION Villa Vincente is located within a gated community that requires all vehicles to be registered for guest safety. We’ll walk you through the quick registration form and submit it on your behalf. The process takes about one minute. The driveway can accommodate up to 6 large vehicles or 8 smaller vehicles. Street parking is not permitted by the community, and violations are subject to a $100 fine. COMMUNITY AMENITIES The villa is located inside a gated community with a wide range of shared amenities, including holiday fireworks, tennis and basketball courts, playgrounds, public lakes and beaches, splash areas, and community pools. Pools and beaches are open from Memorial Day weekend, then mid-June through mid-September. Access requires a $12 wristband per person, which includes use of pools, beaches, complimentary kayak and paddle boat rentals, mini golf, cornhole, and bocce. Other things to note COMPLIMENTARY ITEMS ● Our complimentary breakfast is stocked to serve your entire group for one morning and includes Belgian waffle and pancake mix, syrups, two dozen eggs, fresh fruit, and a wide selection of coffee, espresso, and teas (for reservations above 3 nights) ● Additional complimentary treats include cotton candy sugars, snow cone syrups, and funnel cake mix ● For food safety reasons, popcorn is not provided. Popcorn kernels and flavorings are available locally at Walmart ● The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils and appliances, including an espresso machine and waffle maker ● We provide fresh towels, bed linens, comforters, and essential toiletries, including feminine hygiene products ● Firewood is available in the backyard. Please do not use decorative firewood stored inside the home HOW TO BOOK ● All bookings are reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis. After booking, guests must complete a short questionnaire and agree to the house rules ● Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee depending on timing ● The only discount offered is a 10% early-bird discount for bookings made 60+ days in advance ● A security deposit is required for every booking and is collected through Airbnb to help ensure the home remains in excellent condition for future guests IMPORTANT DETAILS Current Maintenance Items: The following items are currently under repair or scheduled for replacement: ● The red gun on the arcade machine ● The LED sign in the lounge ● The kitchen floor is fully functional and safe. Minor gaps have formed between some LVP planks and are scheduled to be repaired by Summer 2026 ● The gas Smart Fireplace cannot be operated remotely. (Can be operated manually). Coming by Summer 2026: ● A heated pool enclosed in a 2 story deck ● A 40ft by 20ft event space on the second story of the deck. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to use all amenities, including the gym and exercise equipment, fire pits, outdoor hot tub, pool, and spa features such as the towel warmer, safely and responsibly and at your own risk.
