The Space The Federal Suite is located on the garden level of Hilltop B&B and features two comfortable bedrooms and a beautifully designed shared living space for guests staying in the suite. Guests can enjoy a well-appointed kitchenette area equipped with cookware, utensils, dishes, and essential items for preparing light meals or casual breakfasts. A curated selection of basic seasonings and kitchen essentials is also provided to make your stay more comfortable. The suite has been thoughtfully arranged with bedrooms positioned on opposite sides of the space to provide additional privacy. Elegant finishes, modern furnishings, and in-suite laundry make the suite especially comfortable for both short and extended stays. Relax in the inviting living area after a day exploring the city, or retreat to one of the cozy bedrooms for a restful night in a quiet neighborhood setting. Hilltop B&B is located in one of DC’s most connected and vibrant neighborhoods, with easy access to Union Market, NoMa, Capitol Hill, and the Shaw–Howard corridor. Restaurants, grocery stores, cafés, and metro access are all within walking distance. While street parking is often available nearby, many guests find rideshare services and public transportation to be the most convenient way to explore the city. Guest Access Guests will have private access to the Federal Suite within Hilltop B&B. The suite is located on the garden level of the property and is accessed via a separate entrance. Other Things to Note Access to the guest suite is through the rear alley entrance. Detailed check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival to ensure a smooth and easy arrival experience. Our B&B is located in a lively urban neighborhood, so occasional city noise from traffic or nearby activity may be heard. We share this in advance so guests know what to expect during their stay.
